Don't miss out, its your money in their pocket!!

BA refund between £1 and £11.50 per flight.
VA refund between £2 and £10 per flight.

If you bought a ticket on British Airways or Virgin Atlantic Airways in the U.S. or in the U.K. between August 11, 2004 and March 23, 2006, you may be entitled to a partial refund of the fuel surcharge.

and also, if we don't claim read this...................
In the U.S., it requires the companies to refund up to $59,007,273 to members of the U.S. Settlement Classes who submit valid claim forms, with any unclaimed funds being paid to a charity, Miracle Flights for Kids. In the U.K., it requires the companies to refund up to £73,531,076 to U.K. Class Members who submit valid claim forms. In the U.K., BA and Virgin Atlantic will keep refunds that are not claimed.

GREED IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL

I reckon you'll probably clean up then.
Just send that info to Virgin or B.A and wait for the cash to roll in !

I registered for this with all my details probably about a year ago now still not heard a thing;-)

Is this legit?

100% legit, what BA?VA did 100% non legit. It is likely most of us would only have a vague recollection of our flights, that really shouldn't put us off from claiming!

I couldn't remember what flights I took either so I have witten to the flying club asking them for a full statement back to 1st August 2004. The flights/miles will show on there.

However much I'm due, the cash is better in my pocket as in theirs.

This tells you a bit more about why we can claim this money back :
