I was wondering if anybody has duel fuel from british gas and if so what r they like to deal with.I am currently with n power but am thinking of changing to a websaver 5 with british gas, i am currently on a sign online 16 tariff with n power.I have been on uswitch but to be honest i dont know how exact their savings are as when u fone the actual companies their savings dont always match with wot u switch say they cud save, so if anybody is with british gas r they happy with how they are dealt with and what they r paying

we changed three months ago from npower, they were taking £200 a month from us on debit, just ripping us off, so changed to b/gas and now only pay £250 per quarter and we got a £45 cheque for changing over

Yes - similar here

Except....

Six months down the line they have asked for £300 back charges as they did not calculate the original monthly payment correctly

beware.

Try http://www.energyhelpline.com/ as a price comparison site. They seem to be the most accurate as their figures tie in with the suppliers. Eon worked out best for me. Switched online through quidco and got £70 cashback. Sorry can't comment on BG
