The toads put me on paperlss billing using a no-opt-out-means-yes email (which I never read - since I expect all important messages to come by post):
Thanks for your email asking us to cancel your paperless billing.
Previously we sent you a paperless billing registration email which notified you that we are registering customers for paperless billing. It also mentioned that if you dont wish to register for the paperless billing you had to click the link provided. Unfortunately you havent clicked the link; therefore you have been automatically registered for paperless billing. Im sorry for the problem this has caused you.
