Anyone help me? I had a new boiler delivered yesterday and British Gas were supposed to be fitting it today and tomorrow. Got a phone call at about 8.50 this morning to say that they are running late due to the previous job and now won't be here until tomorrow and then running into Thursday! Somewhere in the depths of my mind I have a recollection of them awarding compensation for misse dappointments - does anyone know anything about this? Would be very grateful for any help/advice given.
