My diary alerts me to the fact that the clocks will be going back one hour on Sunday.

Not all countries have DST, but a LOT of them do... wierdest I've encountered though is Australia where Queensland doesn't have DST but new south wales does... so if you live just over the border of NSW and queensland and travel over the border you have to adjust your watch forward/back one hour AND allow enough time to get where you're going, bit confusing that.

I always remember this one after giving birth to my son on that night 12 years ago I had an extra hour in labour that year ( yes I know I didn't really) but thay don't include this hour in your notes when your in hospital.

I can't take the credit for it - it's from the Simpsons, Ralph says it when Miss Hoover (his teacher) tells him to go to sleep.
