they wont fix it they will send out a refurbished one and they will take your broken one and fix it then the other people will get yours and tehy will fix theirs and so on

ok thats great thankyou

ye they send you a refurb but they are great, just get your replacement then cancel it, you dont have to keep the policy going, its a as and when policy really.
you ring them say today for instance, they then have to get you a refurb sent to you within 24hrs, you unpack it infront of the courier and replace it with your broken one. DONT LEAVE ANY GAMES OR MEMORY IN IT, YOU WONT GET IT BACK

Hi wickedteen,
I know this may sound stupid but I just rang the Help Line for Continuous Play. I asked them 'hypothetically', if I bought a PSP that wasn't working like from a friend or ebay or something, could I register with them and get it fixed under the policy. NO was the answer. The PSP has to be in good working order for them to cover it.

So my question is, are you saying that we should register a broken/faulty PSP as 'Working no problem' and then make a claim in a month's time or so?

Thanks in advance.

It shouldn't cost too much to sort out, there is a guy in Leics that should be able to do it for you, if interested let me know.

For what it's worth, a better option than falsely claiming on insurance. :)
