Browser problem

This has only started recently, wondered if anyone here could help me with it.

When I click a deal on here, or a link on Quidco, I get a page with the URL preceded by clkuk.tradedoubler.com and the page doesn't open. Instead I get the tab labelled as click(Gif image, 1x1 pixels) and a white empty page

I've run a full spy check and nothing is found.

I've even tred disabling the browser security in kaspersky internet security.

I've been searching for a solution for ages, but with no luck.

I'm using the latest version of Firefox.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

You may already have an answer to this issue since you posted way back in April but just in case you don't, the problem is being caused by Kaspersky. I had similar issues with KIS 7.0 after install. You need to untick the Enable Anti-Banners setting. To do this click on Proactive Defense underneath Configure in the right hand pane, then click on Firewall under Protection in the pop-up window. In the right pane under Firewall right at the bottom of the page is the Enable Anti-Banner check box. Untick this and all should be fine...

I have the same problem and have tried the above with no success, have you had any luck with it bobbajob?

It's your ad blocker (it may be built into your firewall). It blocks adverts/affiliate links, which is what Tradedoubler (and others such as Commission Junction) is.

Turn off your ad blocker when following these links, else it won't track your cash back!

Crikey, hadn't noticed this popping back up.

Never got it sorted, had to remove Kaspersky and go back to free alternatives. All working ok now.
