Essentially have had phone line and internet 6 months and problems the whole time, the first bill they tried to collect from the wrong account(wasnt even mine) then charged me a fee then cut me off, I complained and paid by card and they reconnected me(though I still paid for a week I didnt use)
Then in Janurary got that quarters bill saying I had payment charges, reconnection charges etc.
I complained and didnt hear back.

Anyway they never attempted to take money out of my account and just been disconnected again(was yesterday) and again they want reconnection charges etc, so they want over £80 in charges and unpaid fees etc.
When I phone I get the Indian call centre who dont understand a single thing I say and claim they are putitng me on hold or putting me through to another department then disconnect me!
