Ok, what happened is I have been with BT for 2 years now at 3 different flats.
Same or similar problem each time.
Overcharging me then adding a late payment charge when I dont pay so have to complain to high level complaints to get anywhere.
It was ok for like 6 months last year till I moved then the problems started again on my bill, I asked for a monthly one and they charged quaterly so I just paid it in advance then when my bill came in Janurary though I asked again they tried to charge me for 3 months so I phoned and got nowhere then got disconnected and late payment charges, reconnection charges, card payment charges.
Eventually I got it sorted but they had to give me a new phone number and account,.
The latest bill was in middle of July and guess what!
Another 3 month bill and over £30 in charges!
Plus when they reconnected me they still charged me the same monthly line rental but instead of free calls up to an hour(where about 90% of my calls were) they charged me normal rate meaning I had about £40 in calls that I didnt owe! the other £60 was charges and line rental.
I only made less than £10 chargeable calls as in 0845 numbers rest were to landlines.
Despite many complaints they have disconnected me AGAIN for non payment and sending rude letters and phoning me demanding I pay.
What do I do?
