HI people

On the my bt broadband page it says how much I've downloaded and it goes it will never charge me for any additional use.

I was wondering if BT honestly charge you, cause I remember something about the fair use policy.

Their limit kicks in at 200gb, it is £15 per 10gb over that limit.

If you are on option 3 you will get either 100GB or 300GB.

100GB if you are on ADSL (up to 8MBPS)
300GB if you are on ADSL2+ (up to 20MBPS) or Infinity (up to 40MBPS)

You will not get charged for going over but you will have your speed capped to 1MBPS for 30days if you go over the "fair use"

So i'd be carelful if you've used 290GB so far!

No its steam

I recently bought a few games and gta 4 being one of them.

I tried to patch to mod but I failed so I had to redownload three times.

The other reason is torrents

streaming and downloading still take the same amount of bandwidth. Just cos they call it downloading, doesn't mean that only downloading counts.
