Just came across this today whilst trying to find a voucher for an Australian retailer. It's interesting - basically Quidco with deals attached. The layout is very very similar to HUKD and Quidco as well!

Thought it was 'interesting'. :-D

I like the two aspects - deals and cashback - being combined into one site. They should do the same here!

yeah, doesn't work very well though. Way too bitty, if they chucked it all into one section like Hot Deals then it would be ok, if they added heat or something similar it would be great and I think most people would visit there regularly. There aren't enough people on it at the mo to make it worth keep visiting.

The problem for hukd is that it makes its money from people not using a cashback site (although quidco is always suggested). Therefore combining the two and automatically giving the cashback to the punters means that there would be no income for hukd! (just the £5 a year fee, which is not enough to sustain all the work involved)

They seem to have been going since late 2006 (at least the forum part) so I guess they copied us?

It's far too similar layout to both quidco & here to be a coincidence.

edit - what rpoints, been here ages & don't remember seeing them mentioned?

worto.

no, but rpoints do exactly what we talked about above. A forum with deals like these that you automatically get the cashback for (no need to remember quidco!)
