Go to your local gym and a trainer will advise you.

Good luck!

I wouldn't worry about equipment. Just do push-ups and it will work your shoulders / neck / chest and back perfectly. It's an excercise that is so overlooked these days but is very effective.

agreed, push ups, reverse crunches and a dumbell set is all i need to work out, no need for fancy machines

If you fractured your neck you should have had physio - if some time ago go back to your doctor and ask for physio again - they can advise you on any exercise and check to make sure there isnt any underlying problems

The problem is, muscle is built mainly with weight training, but out of those two machines, a rowing machine is best suited for adding muscle.

ive had physio on and off for the last 8 years and the problem is weak/wasting muscle that they advise i build up on
also tried hydrotherapy but nothing seems to help longterm :(
