I am not familiar with VTS Files but if the video in question is a dvd then there is a program called DVD Fab that will duplicate it, Google it, you can get a trial copy

or dvdshrink

i'm not sure without checking but i'm pretty sure vts files are meta data and tiny. the actual video is in the vob files but it's encoded together with the menus and stuff and will likely be encrypted but dvdshrink will fix that

I have that now i do not burn dvd much so i am a bit lost.

Do i need to move the files from the original disc onto my computer?

Then do i put a blank disc in the tray?

It says Source and Target can you explain this bit to me please.

if you have nero, burn them using the dvd video files option, put all files in the VIDEO_TS folder NOTHING IN THE AUDIO_TS folder and burn, all should be hunky dory

if you have dvd fab,
open the progam
insert the original disk
chose the full disk option
make sure source either shows the drive the disk is in or the name of the disk
make sure the target shows the dvd burner (may be the same as source this doesnt matter
press start
once the program has copied the content off the disk it will ask you ti insert a blank disk, so do
press ok or similar, the disk will be written

note. i wrote this from memory so it may not be exactly right but you get the idea
