Burtons Cancelled my order

Used voucher for 25% xmas eve, Got the following message tonight:

Phoned them at 8pm (phone open till 9pm). They say they dont have the info avaliablle. I should ring am tomorrow.

Sounds like passing the buck.

Should they honour the deal, any advice any one can give me would be great

They do not have to honour the deal unless you were directly emailed the voucher code.

I had an email today to inform me that my order was on its way - I used the discount code on 24/12 and I wasnt emailled the code either. Argue the case with them - i would.

Do you think they will hold my items on order, for a period as 90% of my items are now out of stock!!! grrrrrrrr

they seem to do this kind of thing randomly its happened to me a couple of times once they said it was because some customers buy a large amount of one item or items in a wide variety of sizes and they tend to cancel them as they think they are going to end up on e-bay secondly they said it was because the card being used was registered at another address i think that they will honour the code but they will not have reserved your items

Dale they have just said that the card is not registered at my address, this is a load of bull. Is there any options. I am going to write a load of letters of complaint. what a load of s**t

Got my burton delivery today - with 25% extra off - no problems at all. Argue the toss I would mate. Good luck
