Bus fares have gone up 3 times in the past 6 months where I live. Not really an incentive for all those people driving cars...
Now £3.50 for a day saver.

Just been on the bus today, it's gone up again - it's now £3.70 for a day saver.
I always carry extra change with me now, cos nearly everytime i get on a bus they have hiked the prices!!!

£2 maximum fare on Blackpool Metro. I tend to pay maximum fare most of the time if I don't have a bus pass.

Stagecoach is dear though, as expensive as £3 and upwards for single fare I think...

£1 Flat rate single for around the city
£2.50 Day ticket

Dunno about those First buses though, but they are the minority here anyway.

Oh, and £2.50 flat rate after midnight.

edinburgh? cos £1 will take you from one end of east lothian to other end of edinburgh, which is a bargain, but for a short journey its a bit daft.

If your unsure of where the Bus is going then ask the driver. Also ask him/her to give you a shout when it gets near your stop.

You ask them "where do you stop please?" they tell you or ask you where you want to stop and they'll say "not this one I'm afraid, you need the number ### bus, which will be along in around 30 minutes". Hope this helps you in your next adventure :whistling: lol once you know the route you just say hi to him and thanks byeeee!

I think Leeds is £3.60 or 3.80, mot sure as I'm a train person, I find buses to be completely unreliable.

LAst time I got a bus it was at 5 in the evening, the roads weren't busy, the bus was 30 minuts late even though that bus is supposed to come every ten minutes, I said why were you late, errmm I wasn't so what happened to the other three buses that should have come in this time then?

In bristol the buses have tracking on them so on the bus stop it tells you how many minute's away the bus is. Anyway i find it funny that the bus's have "Every 12 Minutes" in huge writing written on the side of the bus even though at the bus stop it sometime's say's the bus is +30mins away:whistling:
