Finance or a loan is your only option unless you can save a few grand between now and Mr Claus appearing

29% apr is ridiculous. Those diddies paying that much must be rank rotten finance wise. A garage will be anything between maybe 8-12% apr depending on what younwant to buy

All depends on your budget also

A PCP is a good way to start. You pay a small deposit and a smallish monthly payment for 2 3 or 4 years. There is an optional final payment at the end with 3 options. 1 - pay the payment and own the car 2 - trade the car in if its worth more than the final payment or 3 - hand it back if it's not worth what's owed

You can normally pick up something like a Clio or a 107 for under 150 deposit and 150 a month on a pcp

Sorry, cant really help.

The brand new car I took delivery of a week and a half ago, I paid cash. I'm doing the same thing for the brand new car ordered for the missus 2 days after. (She got jealous!)

Suppose it helps if you have a healthy bank balance and no debts!

All main dealers will offer it. Get the daily record on a Friday for the motors pull out. Full of ads for this kind of thing.
