i bought an A grade G1 from there and IMO A grade means from the shop brand spanker, but not according to CEX, it did have a few minor scratches on it and it dint have the manuals,

So i pointed this out and they downgraded it there and then to a Grade B which gave me a good saving,, so make sure you do the same mate

Grade A is mint condition, boxed with all accessories,
Exchanging has never been a problem for me, last phone i had (tocco) they refunded me the whole amount in exchange voucher after having the phone 8 months when the camera stopped working

Yeah that was good, but like i said its definitely worth tryng to get it downgraded as he could save around £50 as that's the difference in grade A and Grade B

Yeah definetly check, I recently checked a phone over as i was uncertain of the condition, I was told the marks on the screen were behind the screen protector and as i pulled away the screen protector, They were still there on the screen.

Fingers crossed though that an N97 should be immaculate as they are quite new and at £425 A Grade you wanna be knocking them down to B if you see anything.
