Welcome to hukd!

They are basically cashback sites which give you a bit of cashback for taking a contract or buying something over the net. Google them for more info.

Back to the topic, I'm starting to get really wound up with mobiles2yourdoor. Customer service is awful, really argumentative. They have lost my claim and until I told them I'd sent it special delivery they were insistent that there was nothing they could do. They told me they hadn't received it which is obviously a lie seeing as they signed for it! Fair enough, they've told me they'll send me a cheque anyway but just really annoyed that they can just lie and say they never received it. The guy told me that they've got a seperate company that deals with claims so it's nothing to do with them! Sounds fishy to me, they can't just deny any responsibility if they choose to.

They decided to tell me again to send the bill dated after my claim date, the form clearly says to send your most recent bill which as far as I'm concerned can only mean one dated before. The most recent must have happened, it can't be something in the future can it?
