we used to use deal until we started having problems with faulty goods, them not sending replacement or refunds so stopped using them. now we use www.focalprice.com exact same items exact same price, but 1000s better customer service, again you can use paypal which at the moment is a damn good exchange rate when i bought stuff this morning the rate paypal gave was £1.41 to the $1.00 better then most travel agents and banks.
focal price are also in Hong Kong delivery 7 to 10 days

Strange that! I have had 20 to 30 orders from Dealextreme - every one turned up on time - returned a few bits and always been replaced. One order from focalprice - it never turned up and they ignored e-mail! I know who I'll be using infuture.

I agree with you both in a way, whilst reviews are generally good for both companies customer service can be hit and miss with both it seems to be luck of the draw, at the end of the day they are not bound by uk laws so you pay your money and take your chances, this for me is reflected in some of the silly low prices by both.
