After reading a forum post on the recent C550 deals from BMP.net, there was a comment that there was not have much feedback about them. Well here are my experiences.
Ordered two O2 contract from them in January this year. Both went through with no hassle. They even let us change one phone after the order had been processed.
They answer emails within 24 hourrs. They answer the phone very quickly and do give you straight answers to questions.
They were quick to clarify any question regarding their cashback process, including number porting and exactly which part of the bills they require.
Posted first cashback claims for 2x£140 by RM SD. The only bit of hassle was that I did have to chase them to issue the cheques after their 56 day waiting period (this is clearly in their T&Cs however) This needed two emails to confirm they had received the claims and they would pay. Cheques did arrive and have cleared OK.
BTW they have only been arround for a year or so but they are part of A1Comms in Derbyshire and A1 have been around for almost 10 years.
All in all they seem OK and did pay out the first cash back installment. I would recommend them for their customer service at least. I would use them again now they have paid out my first cashback claim.
Also a small footnote - It does annoy me when folk compalin about these cashback deals and they have not followed the T&Cs to the letter. Comapnies like BMP and OSPS (who I have also used and had no problems with) are not charities, they are in business to make money, plain and simple. If they made cashback processes idiot prrof and pais automatically as some people seem to want, they would be out of business very soon !!! (soory about the last paragraph rant - it just bugs mee when I read such posts )
