Doesn't look like theres a cheap VGA to HDMI solution - The VGA signal would be analouge so you'd need to convert them to a digital HDMI signal.

VGA to DVI to HDMI wouldn't work.

Bit more info here http://www.avforums.com/forums/hdmi-cables-switches/356389-vga-hdmi.html

Signal convertors are about £50 http://www.hdcable.co.uk/hdmi/vga-hdmi-converter.html

Probably better looking for VGA to Composite - maybe something like http://www.amazon.co.uk/Premium-Component-Cable-0-91M-Black/dp/B000P3NZ68

That probably won't work either, it's only for certain graphics cards which can output component over their vga sockets.

In short, the answer to the question is no - there is no straightforward method as none of those standards you've listed are compatible with VGA so you'll need a conversion box to modify the signal into another format.
