I get palpitations when I have too much caffeine. A single can of redbull or similar can do it! not a pleasant sensation!

does increase your heart rate. When I play cricket i feel it. But when I play cricket and drink a whole bottle of kick i feel that energy that's the main reason i drink it just lets me bowl faster and my batting is stronger also i dont get tired.

But im drinking it now so it keeps me concentrating on my work!

Since Thursday I have had 2 bottles of Kick im worried if its doing something to me

I can go through about 4-5 bottles a week!

thats 5 litres of kick and

150mg of caffeine or 500ml of it!

There was a program on few weeks back about a girl who was addicted to drinking energy drinks, she had to have them through out day,She didnt realise she was addicted! So they made her go cold turkey to prove she was.
She had headaches, sweats, shakes, sickness, etc U name it she was well rough. Try not having any for a few days and see how you feel :)

The odd glass is ok, a bottle is far too much. There are far better things to take for concentration than that.

Well start with a good diet and more EFA's for a start.

I sometimes had pure caffeine tablets to help me stay alert during exams. Not anymore though as I dont want to get addicted.

I normally have a can in the afternoons when I go back to work. Doesn't really do too much for me to be honest !
