You cant post this as a Deal unless you have proof !

This has been speculated about for a while but unfortunately unless you can provide proof - it should be treated as a rumour and moved to Misc like the Morrisons deal.......

They done it with cod 5 and fifa 10 and admitted 2 losing money so why wouldnt they do it again?
Not sure how u can b so certain when u are just giving a un informed opinion.

You would be suprised.

I would think the more plausable solution would be spend £40 instore and get it for £25.

I must be the only person with an xbox or ps3 that isn't fussed about this game at all though!

lol at the sly digs at a leeds fan......

believe it or not supermarkets aint interested in gamers.........just profits and if it gets u in the doors more than likely youll be walking out with a few other offers

supermarkets are the places to go for these big releases and we'll see on release day

I'm afraid I have some bad news on this one guys...

I work at an Asda store and yesterday we received our weekly pricing communication which has COD: MW2 priced at £39.71 on 360 and PS3. To be fair it's still over £15 off rrp...

I won't be camping outside Asda that's for sure - For CoD WaW I went to the shop and they were "waiting on stock to be delivered" continually - I guarantee the stock was in the back and the staff were getting it.

That or else they wll be "out of stock" because they will have only ordered in 4 copies and again staffs pick.

I would be more inclined to believe you, might be £27 in a month or two but even taking into account the average price for COD4 STILL! I can't see this ever being 'cheap'

COD 4 still hasn't been released as a platinum game.... and I can assure you its sold more than twice over the copies of KillZone2 for example.

Would be good if this is the case... I work in Game at the weekends and they said they won't know what the price is till later in the week... manager said there are roumers that the game could be anything from £40 - £55!! madness!

ddnt asda do this for fifa10 tho? they advertised it for somthing like £40 preorder, and then advertised for the weekend only special price offer at £27?
i would be very likely that asda would follow suit from Cod 4 and fifa.
