Just upgraded my camera to a 40d and my 200aw slingshot is packed to the brim.
Anyone know of a good bag for taking to motorsport events and carrying all my kit, weekends away etc.

Needs to hold 350d, 40d, 2 flashguns, canon 50mm, canon 60mm macro, sigma 10-20 wide, 2 kit lenses, 75-300 canon mkII, and eventually when I source the funds a 100-400l Canon.
Many thanks in advance for any help.

Was looking at this one, but not sure wether to stick with lowepro or go for a different make.

£263 quid is some money for a bag right enough.

Was looking around the 100 quid mark.

I have the slingshot, 200 AW, I know doesn't help with your question,

The Super Trekker AW II does look a serious piece of kit though, Have you looked on ebay for a used one?

Never thought of ebay, will have a look at that.
I love my slingshot 200aw, for its size it holds a decent amount of kit and is very comfortable to wear and great for getting camera in and out of it.

Too small but thanks for the input, good price for a camera bag though.

I have the Lowepro Fastpack 350 and it's been great so far. Room for my 40D with 70-200 attached, and 4 additional lenses. You'd be pusing it to get another body in there as well though, unless you put it in the top which is not padded. Room in the top for all the cables / charger, and a laptop section if that's of any use. I do wish it had tripod straps though.

Just re-read your post - no chance of squeezing it all in the fastpack. If you're looking to pick up some of the bigger zooms you'll either need a huge bag, or one with lots of strap holders on the outside so you can attach extra lens cases.

Also, have you thought about whether you really need to take all your kit with you all the time? That's a lot of weight to carry round. You should try repacking your bag before each outing and take only what you need and might need. You'd be amazed the difference it makes, I was surprised even when I removed all the cables and chargers, which are useless to me in the middle of a field.
