I recently sold something on here and the person sent the money through the personal payment owed method and I don't want to send the item and the buyer to take the money back?

icodd's wife here. If his bank decline the payment then it can be pulled back from your paypal account and leave you in a minus.

Yep because when you pay instant and it comes from his bank account, its not instant out of his bank even though you received it instantly, so if not enough funds in his bank it will go unpaid so paypal pull it back from you.
Sorry im not to good at explaining things lol

Is this true?
