Having problems with a company called Eckstronics.....
Ordered something from them in April (17.99) with free delivery.
Was at work when they tried to deliver, spoke to courier who said I'd got 5 days to collect which was April 21st.
Did a 60 mile round trip on 17th only to be told Eckstronics had requested the parcel back.
Now the company are saying they didn't and say they won't refund the full £17.99 as I have to pay postage (which was advertised as free)
Surely they can't do this? Have raised a dispute with Paypal and tried to find info about my rights on Google but can't seem to get anywhere.
