Get your electric from the same comapny as your gas, it will work out cheaper...

I was with npower, but now i'm with British Gas.

reason: British Gas have much much much better customer support, some of them even speak english, unlike npower.

i do want both together, on dual fuel and monthly dd - had a few bad reports about b/gas, nice to hear something positive!

dont touch british gas, their gas is alright but my rents are through the roof with electricity.

Would'nt touch Npower with a barge poll, I would even pay over the odds to not go with them ever again!!, currently with EDF energy seem fine range of reward schemes email in readings, D/Debt etc good web site with graph usage for your gas & elec see if your saving or spending, fairly straight forward bills. IMO okay.

Grab your old bills and put the info into www.powergen.co.uk, I've been with British Gas for a while now, thinking of moving for the tesco clubcard points

Been with npower for 2 years, direct debit and dual fuel £60 discount per year. They're the cheapest anyway. Never had to phone them up for anything.

Do a comparison on uswitch, see who works out cheapest. Then have a look on MSE and see if any providers are particularly recommended at the moment, then go to Quidco and get your dual fuel through there with your chosen provider and claim cashback!

anyone here use atlantic?

British Gas Click2 tariff is usually cheapest for dual fuel but they do get the worst complaints as well :giggle:

As you will read if you switch they will pay you cash back and also much better comparisons than uswitch
