Like spreadshirt.net but cheaper? 1 t-shirt with my own image costs about £14 including delivery.

I know there loads of shops that offer it but they usually want more then one and charge a set up cost etc.

So i could print of a design say full a4? but the design doesnt fill up the page completely e.g there might be white bits left in the middle which i want transparent. Then just iron on and the white bits go transparent? haha what if i want white bits?

Sorry im just new to it.

the paper is transparent untill you print what you want on it:oops::santa:

I might be interested in doing something like this in the future too, so I'm subscribing. :)

I know there's some specialist shops that'll do it quite cheap, depending on how many you want but I think it only costs them a couple quid to produce, so will definitely give you a bulk discount.

You can do it yourself with cheap transfer paper if you are happy for it to look turd.

The cheapo paper is not self weeding afaik, you will need to cut around it unless you want a box around it.

Generally for the good stuff you pay £1-2 a sheet.

If you are printing onto a dark shirt you will need to cut it because unless you are wanting to pay £4-5 a sheet there is no dark self-weeding paper on the market.

For the best use in washing you will need pigment inks in your printer, or you can use any laser printer (with the right paper)

You can iron on yourself but if you know someone with a heat press you will get a much better result.

My friend was coincidentally talking about getting 10-15 t-shirt prints for his business about an hour ago and I completely forgot about this thread. :)

Where's the best place he can get about 10 for a good price, as he's hoping to get a bulk discount?

What exactly does he need printing? If its a couple of colours/text or bold shapes then Vinyl will be the cheapest for small quanitites

He just wants some of his staff to wear a pic with about 5 colours for his logo pic, contact number etc. :)

I don't know much about this stuff, so can't really comment.
