bythebeach.com hotels.com skyscanner.net hotelopia.com expedia have all been good to me

skyscanner.com and book flights and hotels separate or together and dont forget to check hotel on tripadvisor.com .

I've used lowcostholidays twice with no problems. Also I've just booked a hotel in Belfast for 1 night and they've emailed me to say I won't be charged if my flight is cancelled.

No I can guarentee used a few times with no problems.
