Can you exchange items ordered online from sportsdirect.com in one of their stores?

As title really, ordered a hoodie and it is HUGE, can I take it to a store to exchange?

Yes. For exchange or a credit note. They don't do returns for refund though.

Out of curiosity what brand was it? Be handy to know ho does generous sizes for a fatty like myself

I'm expecting a delivery from them today and tracking it, its going on a trip of 190+ miles (thats from their distribution hub straight to various depots then to me, so not allowing for detours). yet their distribution hub is only 10 miles from me!

got a coat delivered 2 day and its to big . first time iv dont this so not really sure what to do .could i take it to a shop for exchange or do i have to post it off ,

Take it in store, they'll exchange it for you, or offer you a credit note if they don't stock it.
