Can I Get Banned??

I Have never hacked or run a hacked server but i was playing world at war on ps3 and it was a hacked lobby witch i got 50,000 a kill and was able to prestige in 1 game

what so PlayStation ban users who hack games/lobby's ?
not played on a PlayStation since ps1 ,think ive just got used to a Xbox now
do you guys get alot of hacked games then or is it just the COD games?

as long as i know i cant get banned as i was able to prestige in the one game
