Anything else i can do? one thing i couldn't do was find my default router settings in the ipconfig on my pc because the cmd box loads up then disappears! Sorry for a shambles of a post, early start this morn has made my head fuzzy ;D

Btw it's a PSP 1003 with original FW.

Hi,

You should not need to check your ipconfig settings - your router should be setup to give out an ip address (DHCP)a nd you should know your security password required to connect new devices.

try

what os are you running?

try clicking start, then run then type cmd and enter.

then when the console pops up type ipconfig /all and enter.
