if caught prob get 8 points and around a 2-300 fine plus costs

also chance your car will be impounded and possibly crushed if you dont pay for its release and storage charges

choice is yours mate

so how do i get the fekin thing home lol

No tax is a non-endorsable offence, meaning NO points. It will be about £60 fine and a report to the DVLA. They do not have the power to confiscate untaxed cars.

That's no insurance. Tax is purely dealt with DVLA

Ohh you learn something new everyday, I always though no tax invalidated your insurance, which would get you in trouble, is that not the case, I am a female driver, be nice:)

tax is not linked to your insurance but having no tax can work out very costly

It depends on the wording on your policy. Many just say that the vehicle has to be in a roadworthy condition. So it doesn't even need an MOT

but unless the vehicle is brand new or not over the threshold, you need an MOT to drive on the road

If you're car doesn't have a MOT it's classed not to be roadworthy though.

how are you gonna prove that it is roadworthy without an mot?

do you have an official link to the goverments stance on this as i believe you are incorrect;-)

That's the DVLA towing it, why they need the police do this and not just use that big black computer to do it
