can i reheat fish??

cooked salmon for tea last night and was going to have a piece that was left from last night (in fridge)
but can i reheat it?

Salmon, yes. As long as its been stored correctly and not been contaminated in the fridge then it should be okay. :)

Absolutely.

The temperature should raise to 65 degrees celsius on reheating to kill any bacteria.

Most of us dont measure!! :thumbsup:

All food, once cooked, can be reheated once as long as it has been correctly cooled and stored and is heated to piping hot.
So you can buy meat/fish, cook it and freeze it and reheat once thawed, or you can freeze raw, cook and then reheat later.
