I'm trying to lose weight and I'm concerned I'm not getting enough protein in my very low calorie diet. I am eating lots of veg and some pulses and a little fruit and meat but not enough to provide myself with sufficient protein. I'm not doing any intense training just about 30 - 90 mins on an exercise bike per day.
I want a low calorie protein shake with a good ballance of amino acids. I want the highest protein to calorie ratio. 50 grams of pure protein is 200Kcal so I want something that comes as close to this as possible without it being totally tasteless and chalky.
