A lot of online business card websites let you create one online, and preview it. try vistaprint.co.uk

if you want to create it offline, use Microsoft Publisher if you have it. If you don't, then Word will do - just go to File -> Page Setup and edit the page size to 8cm x 5cm or whatever the business card size is..

if you use vistaprint watch out for the 'optional' monthly charges and remember to take the 'vistaprint' website address off the back if you want them to look more professional and not let your customers know they were 'free'

I can put you in contact with someone who did my cards, he will professionally design them (if needed) and then print them. I got 500 for £40 and the quality is amazing.

sample of roughly what i want (i just need the design and then will use vista print or something) - should be a 30min job if that!

I'm a full time graphic designer at Printing.com. In a fairly good mood so i'd be happy to help out a fellow HUKD member
PM the contact details required and i'll put something together. What's the significance of the barcode graphic?

Can I do it early next week though? I just finished for the weekend, lol.

I assume there is just an upload function as you go through the ordering process? I would hope PSD is a format they accept. If not, you will just need to flatten and save in an alternative format. I would recommend the design should be at 300dpi, in either CMYK or grayscale colour format.

Do you not need to put your correct contact details on first though? Surely your web address is not www.your-company-name.com etc.
Vistaprint cards are also not standard UK size (85x55mm), they're long and thin like the horrible American ones :-D
