  As emmalampkin also knows, being a regular user of misc does not afford you any extra privileges. I have provided advice in your other thread on how to fit this topic into a misc discussion.

  As you well know, if you are Admin, you get to use "misc" for "deal requests". Unfortunately, you are not admin.
