you can hit the report button on your thread and query it but looking at your thread you bumped it 7 or 8 times in a very short time and you can only do 3 overall hth

just read your thread and they are quite right-you treated it like a chat thread-you are only allowed(apart from 3 bumps) to answer specific questions regarding the trade, not to chat to people about photobucket.not being nasty btw-answering your question.

Hotdeals is letting you use their forums to sell your stuff for free - it would be courteous to follow their rules.........and they can't really treat you differently from others.....

I probably would have done the same as you tbh (ie replied like that, without thinking anything of it), I think it was alright, ie not meaning to be purposely naughty (but the photobucket comment wasnt that necessary).
Im a bit naughty when it comes to reading the rules too.. Assuming you didnt either, but now you know..
Id rather sell something here tbh, than give some to Paypal and Ebay in fees.. Jus' sayin :)

Hi bikerjodie, if you do ever want to query a MOD decision you can contact the Admin Team via the main Contact Us link - as this is an email contact form any relevant thread links and reasons for the query will help with their review (the MODs do not access these reports and we cannot read them, only the Admin team can).

In regards to your trade thread, clicking the edit icon (pencil icon to right of any post) would allow you to update any existing text - unfortunately any post not related to the actual sales is counted as thread spoiling / unnecessary bumping and this includes misc chat and multiple update posts - each one bumps another members thread off the first page of the trade forums and there were a number of bumped threads because of the additional comments in your trade thread. No infraction was issued but the thread lock was appropriate because of all the unnecessary bumps.

The same rule would hopefully stop one of your listings vanishing off the front page rapidly so it may help to view the bumps from the opposite perspective in this case.

But the Contact link is the next point of contact, thanks again.
