Not without proof of being sold a £30 contract, i.e. a signed contract stating £30

You paying for insurance??

OH's cousin had a terrible time with them. She signed up for a contract and refused the insurance, they signed it anyways and when the money was taken from her account she went back in to kick up about it, as well she didnt sign for it.

They offered her all sorts of stuff as an apology but she decided to just cancel the whole thing altogether and go with someone else.

Gotta watch these tubes.

Did you buy it in-store or over the phone?

If it was over the phone you can certainly claim the owed money back as the call is recorded.
Also if it was in store you say you have written proof that the contract was offered at £30, again the owed money will be refunded.

As for voiding the contract- I don't think you will be able to do so.
The reason being is it seems like a simple accounting error,it's easy to rectify and as such it would be unreasonable to cancel on these grounds I can't see that being honoured.
But if you call customer services and have a good rant at a manager I think you will be able to blag at least a free months' line rental as a good will gesture.

do you have online billing, it will show you exactly what your price plan is and as said you have proof it isnt £35 you singed up for then contact them and advise of their error

My VAT is included in my line rental, I am with o2. But I know Orange add it ontop of the line rental so maybe some other companies do this too?

im with tmobile, and mine is included, just so op knows incase he with o2 or tmobile

Orange have always gave me an inclusive price. No VAT to add on top of the prices quoted.

There any bundles added ? Like internet or MMS ect. The dealers add them as 'free trails' and then don't tell you that you need to cancel them before they start to charge you. . .

no vat is included in the price, i spoke to them tonight, they said it was a mistake on their part and that they misleaded me

Tell them they need to give you a better deal then, or you are leaving as the contract is void. Worth a shot anyway.
