Can you get blue biro off a white leather sofa?

My sister is frantic. Someone has accidentally drawn (more then one mark too) blue biro on her white leather sofa! She is beside herself. Anyone got any ideas if it is possible and if so how to get the mark off without ruining the sofa. Thanks very much. Fairy

milton baby sterilisation liquid on a cotton bud will take it out :) Used to use it for car valeting on leather car seats ;) comes in a little bottle from most supermarkets... or you can use nail polish remover... but only apply on the affected area! then wipe with a damp cloth and apply some leather conditioner as it will dry the area out a little, and would crack if left :)

Worryingly Lynx seems to shift nearly anything.

Saved me a few times.

perfume!!! daughter drew all over our cream leather couch and we sprayed perfume all over the marks and it took it all out! and then recently daughter and son drew all over our wardrobes with permanent marker and perfume took it all out again!

Id definately go with the hairspray. My husband thought I was mad but had to eat his words it just wipes off and no mark on my white leather!

Use the hairspray - it works brilliantly
We've had to use it a few times i think you should use it sparingly as it might remove the protective coating if left on for too long.

Q: Can you get blue biro off a white leather sofa?

A: Yes, using the following procedure: Using a hand or other lifting device, pick up the blue biro and place it somewhere else. (Note: do not place the blue biro back on the sofa as this will result in the problem being recreated).

EDIT: Not making fun of your situation OP. Only adding my silly comment because the thread is old. Hope you've got the stain removed
