Hi iam just curious if you can use a Coaxial cable coming from sky box splitter as antenna for radio FM on your hi fi? The hi fi i bought for my mum came with a indoor antenna, slim little wire, but it dont produce enuff good signal for fm or am so iam curious if there is any other way around it instead of have a great big outdoor antenna like it mentions in the manual!

I've seen some Aerial's which iam gonna put in a link below so tell me what you think would be a good choice. .. Thanks

Thanks! I saw that but i thort instead having wires around the kitchen it be nice to plug a powerfull Aerial at the back of the coaxial connection on the hi fi so then the Aerial can sit on top of the hi fi. . . Will have to get that lead if its my last resort but the Aerial i posted in the link above what would they be like? They dont mention you can use them for FM but you should be able to, shouldnt you?

FM and UHF work on different frequencies - If a product doesn't say compatible with FM then you won't get the best out of it - it MAY work and at least since it's Argos, you can try it out first. They'll take it back if it's not suitable as long as you return it in the same condition you bought it in.
