I told them I was thinking of moving to a different company because I wanted to see what better deals were about and they offered me all sorts. It's definitely worth bartering for all you can get if you don't mind sticking with Orange again. I managed to get a free phone, a £10 or so "customer loyalty" deduction off my monthly bill, and they cleared a charge that I was paying for not using direct debit also. I'd advise you make out you're keen to see what else there is on the market and see how how they respond. Good luck!
