I ordered some items yesterday from ASOS using the standard delivery. Even thought the items have not bee shipped from their distribution centre they still will not cancel my order.
ASOS emailed me and told me the following. I'm afraid your order has already been processed and billed, so it is too late to cancel it now. Due to the speed of our dispatch service we are unable to cancel your order as it has now passed the stage of us being able to retrieve it from our distribution centre
Am i still within my right to cancel order.
