I know this has been discussed before in one way or another but I want specific answers for my situation if possible -
I am out of contract with sky on 30th May 2011 so I phoned today to cancel, I at least expected to be offered something slightly better but the woman just went right ahead and organised the disconnection.
The services I have with them are -
- Sky+HD with variety, knowledge pack and sky sports.
- Sky Talk unlimited.
- Broadband unlimited.
Any advice? Should I / Can I just take out a new contract with the mrs details? Thanks in advance!
