Thats link to my other thread about how im on sleeping tablets/muscle relaxant from doctor.
It seemed ok at first but problem is last Monday(as in 9 days ago) I moved bedrooms so by time I moved stuff in it was 4am and still was only half done, it was the previous tenants fault as she was supposed to move by 10am so she left packing to night before but her friends came round and she started drinking so she never did it.
So I never got keys till 9pm
Anyway I was then woken up at 8am by sky engineer(that was my fault lol)
so I had about 3 hours sleep that night
Next night I went to bed around 2am simply as I had to go up town and do job search for a few hours and do food shopping etc and didnt get back till 8pm then flaked out.
Then woke up at 10am next morning as had job interview.
So because of my sleep patten changing I couldnt bring myself to go to bed before 2 or 3am
Then gradually it got later and later.
Problem is if I go to bed at 3am Im still awake tll like 7am so dont get up till like 5pm
What do I do to sort this.
