I actually dont feel that bad yet, a bit of a sore stomach and dry eyes and not much energy but I expect it will hit me soon.
I know the best cure for a bad sleep pattern is to stay awake as for the last 2 weeks have been going to bed 4am for the first few nights then on New Years Day was 6am and has been 6-9am every day since.
I did try to go to bed around 6am this morning but parents are arriving around 12 so I wanted to be up for 11am to get a shower and they are taking me up town.
There is a nice coffee shop about 30 minutes walk away that does amazing real coffee with the cafetere that is quite cheap and you get a choice of fresh coffee ground in front of you but that means walking there as there is no bus stops that go near there.
Or I can do the 2 minute walk to uni and get a horrible coffee from the machine, or go to my corner shop, again across the road and buy milk for my cheap nasty instant coffee.
Or go up town and get a can of something like Relentless.
Or get pep pills
And so on etc.
Whats best way without feeling like crap shortly after taking it.
