In november last year I renewed my O2 contract and negotiated a phone for £60, £6.99 a month (400 free weekend calls)(special contract, been on it for 2 years) and £150 cashback.
The cashback was suposed to be automatically sent out in 2 payments without me having to send my bill in and claim for it etc. 1st one on the 4th month (Feb07) and the 2nd on the 10th month (Sept07)
I still haven't recieved my 1st payment and have rang them on 4 occasions, each time to be told it will be with me within 30 days. They say each time I ring that it hasn't been put through the system.
Anyway, getting really fed up with them now, I'm sure they would be chasing me for money if I stopped my direct debit.
What can I do?
Do I have grounds to cease my contract?
