Like many on here I ordered the iPad 1 on the 26th as part of the half price offer and was disappointed that not only was it actually out of stock but it took them until the day it was supposed to be delivered to cancel the order.
I got an email on the 1st June (from Matt Stringer, Manging Director) apologising and offering a £25 credit towards my next purchase, I just called to get my unique code to be told that I wasn't on the 'list' for the voucher. Un f**king believable!!! I've never know such poor customer support in all my life. To sell a product they don't have, take 24 hours to cancel the order, offer a discount and then wriggle out of it. Quite amazing.
To make matters worse I asked if I could speak with a manager/supervisor and was told I had to wait 72 hours. Incredible.
I'll never go near them again.
