ok, this is what happened..

I called up on the 5th of march to cancel my cashback contract (400min anytime X-net + 200 txts) which was meant to expire on the 7th of april.

Their sales team offered me another upgrade deal £8.50 p/m (£100 credit).

I accepted the deal. They told me the upgrade will begin at the end of my originally contract on the next billing month.

I called up today to check how many minutes I had left and was shocked to discover they've changed mu tariff!!! They've changed my tariff one month early:x

I called up to complain but their costumer sales team was useless and didn't see what the problem was. now I'm waiting for the manager to call me back :x

Exactly the same thing happened with me, I will never ever use CPWH again!!! Had loads and loads of problems, would hate to see how much the phone calls have cost me!

Did they offer you anything as an apology?

so far their attitude has been "what is your problem.. what do you expect us to do about it..."

i'm waiting for their manager to call me :x

Expect a long wait!

I had this fob off 3 times, had to call them myself everytime.

Got credited £45 which was the last cashback claim I missed, due to them switching me over early.

Also had loads of problems with new tariff, was supposed to be 400 minutes off peak to all networks and landlines (turns out its only to o2 and landlines) and 50 texts (turns out this was only for first 3 month) texts have now been put on until end of contract.

But like I said I would never touch CPWH for as long as I live and would advise other people to stay well clear as well.

Have another o2 contract through Dial a Phone and (touch wood) never had a problem!

I'm already annoyed and if they make me wait longer I'll explode!!! Did you talk to the head of department or to the costumer service people?

I've lost one months 400 anytime X-net + 200 txts for 400 off peak minutes to o2/ landline + 0 txts.

I need to find me a new cashback deal :whistling:

Spoke to a manager (so they said) and they sorted the cash back mix up.

With regards to my tariff, I sorted that all through email, I refuse to call them now, they have got more that their moneys worth of calls out of me.

They have an online form, works wonders, wish I knew about it b4 all of those phone calls.

If you register online with CPWH, you go to contact us (when logged in) and you have an online help form.

Hope this helps, I got a lot sorted this way, (but too little too late)
