CCTV DVR buying Advice

Hi Everyone

Looking at replacing my Time lapse video recorder that i use for recording from my two CCTV cameras positioned on the front and rear of my house.

I'm looking to move over to a DVR system as i think the heads are getting knackered on my current time lapse vcr

I'm interested in this from maplin

http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=36351&TabID=1&source=1&doy=30m10

I've already got a 250gb IDE drive to put inside this

However I cannot find any more info or reviews on this, so one of the main questions I wan't to ask is has anyone on the forums got one of these?

My budget is about £100-£150

Thanks

Don't know nuch about the one in Maplins but i know that you are not supposed to use normal hard drive sfor security dvrs. You should get one that is specially for all day everyday continous use. (SV35 series i think)
